OUR MISSION
Public procurement represents one of the largest B2B markets in the world, yet it remains one of the hardest to navigate. Thousands of opportunities are published daily across fragmented portals, each with different formats, requirements, and deadlines. For most companies, keeping up means dedicating significant resources to manual searching and qualification, or missing out entirely.
BidClever was born out of direct experience with this problem. Our CEO spent years searching for tender opportunities for his digital marketing firm in the UK and saw firsthand how much time and revenue was lost to inefficient discovery. When a client came to us with the same challenge, we stopped building workarounds and started building a platform.
Our AI-powered system extracts, vectorizes, and scores tender data at scale, turning a process that takes days into one that takes minutes. We built it so that SMEs can unlock revenue streams they never had access to, and so that larger organizations can automate the find-qualify-manage cycle across their entire pipeline.

After years of experiencing the inefficiency of public tender discovery firsthand, and hearing the same frustration from other businesses, we decided to stop working around the problem and start solving it. BidClever was born.
Developed the first version of our proprietary Tender Relevancy Score, an AI-driven scoring engine that matches company profiles against tender requirements to surface the opportunities worth pursuing.
Released the full TRS-powered platform with US tender coverage, advanced search, and intelligent qualification workflows.
Integrated European tender data from TED.europa into the platform, giving customers a unified view of public procurement opportunities across both markets.
Began development on two new modules: an AI-powered proposal generation tool and a Business Intelligence dashboard for pipeline analytics and market insights.
BidClever officially launches to the public, opening the platform to SMEs and enterprise organizations across the US and EU.
AI Bid Writer and Business Intelligence modules enter beta testing, completing the full discover-qualify-manage-write pipeline.
