London, UK / January 2025 – BidClever announced the launch of its AI Bid Writer Beta Program, opening access to a select group of enterprise partners who will be the first to test the company's proposal generation tool before its wider release.
The AI Bid Writer is designed to reduce the time and cost of responding to government tenders by generating structured, compliant proposal drafts from solicitation documents. Rather than starting from a blank page, bid teams can use the tool to produce first drafts that follow the specific requirements, evaluation criteria, and formatting standards outlined in each RFP.
"Most bid teams spend 60 to 70 percent of their time on structure, compliance formatting, and rewriting boilerplate content. The AI Bid Writer handles that work so teams can focus on strategy, pricing, and the parts of a proposal that actually win contracts."
The beta program is limited to enterprise partners with active government contracting operations across US and EU markets. Participants will receive full access to the AI Bid Writer at no cost during the beta period, along with dedicated onboarding support and a direct line to the product team.
In return, beta partners will provide structured feedback on output quality, compliance accuracy, and workflow integration. Their input will shape the product roadmap ahead of general availability later this year.
The AI Bid Writer sits alongside BidClever's existing Discovery and Scoring platform, which uses a proprietary Tender Relevancy Score (TRS) to help contractors identify and qualify opportunities across SAM.gov and TED.eu. Together, the two products cover the full pursuit lifecycle, from finding the right opportunities to drafting the response.
BidClever is not positioning the tool as a replacement for proposal professionals. The AI Bid Writer generates a working first draft, not a finished submission. Human review, subject matter input, and strategic positioning remain essential to producing a competitive proposal.
"We built this for the bid manager who is already good at their job but stretched thin across too many pursuits. The goal is to give them back 50 to 60 percent of the hours they currently spend on first drafts so they can invest that time where it matters most."
The beta program is now accepting applications from technology, construction, telecommunications, and professional services firms with dedicated bid teams. Interested organizations can apply through BidClever's website at bidclever.ai/product/ai-bid-writer.
